Yes. The Department of Health and Human Services and its Office of the Inspector General excluded a total of 3,131 individuals and entities from participation in federal health care programs in 2012. The OIG maintains an online searchable database of excluded individuals and entities as well as downloadable files of the entire list of excluded individuals and entities. Both are available at https://oig.hhs.gov/exclusions/index.asp.
