Kathleen Sebelius' defense of the Affordable Care Act contains a number of false claims, says Alyene Senger of The Foundry. Senger says the ACA has not actually strengthened Medicare as Sebelius says. Rather, it has destroyed Medicare Advantage plans by cutting funds.
