It’s not often — if ever – that a business is going to turn away customers who can pay their bills, no matter who is picking up the tab. 


That’s what Angela Braly and her team at health insurance giant Wellpoint Inc. (WLP) appear to be thinking as they carry out their plan to pay $4.9 billion for Amerigroup Corp. (AGP) and create a combined powerhouse in the business of helping states manage health benefits for millions of soon-to-be insured poor Americans.
