On record, it seems only a matter of time before the governmental Medicare cut is implemented. Blessed with the lungs of marathon runners, oppositions for the past many months have been crying hoarse against the ObamaCare. Criticisms, curses, caricatures pour in like wine through the cracked glass. Most snarled at the Affordable Care Act as it did not include a permanent replacement for the Sustainable Growth Rate formula. Now with the impending 27.4% cut in Medicare reimbursement, the panic button has been pressed. 

So here’s the question: Are we physicians plain and simple panicking? Are we justified in our high pitched criticisms?
