Vice presidential candidate Rep. Paul Ryan was “so brazenly willing to twist the truth” in his Republican National Convention speech, according to Jonathan Cohn, The New Republic writer. Cohn said Ryan misrepresented facts on Medicare, including claiming that President Obama raided the program.
